Public transport: Shuttle buses run between the terminals. The 'Airport-City Shuttle Bus' runs between the airport and Beijing run every 30 minutes between 08:00 - 22:30. These busses take 3 routes into the city: Xidan, Gongzhufen and Zhongguancun. The most popular route is to Xidan in central Beijing, which is a short walk from the Forbidden City. Gongzhufen is in western Beijing and Zhongguancun is in the city's northwest district. The busses also stop at major hotels. Metered taxis are available at the airport (journey time to Beijing: 40 - 60 minutes).
