Australia's Brisbane Airport was voted the world's most efficient and customer focused private airport in a recent travel awards ceremony.
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) awarded the Brisbane Airport an IATA Eagle. They received the award 'in recognition of outstanding performance in customer satisfaction, cost-efficiency and continuous improvements.'
The other IATA award went to Singapore Changi Airport, which was voted the worlds best performing government-owned international hub.
