Hong Kong airport worlds top in yet another passenger survey

Hong Kong Airport, was named the Best Airport Worldwide by both business and leisure travelers in AETRA surveys conducted last year.

AETRA is a year-round survey conducted at 48 participating airports, which measures passengers' experiences on the day of travel. It is recognised as one of the leading airport benchmarking programs.

Among the features at Hong Kong that passengers liked the most were the courtesy and helpfulness of staff, its comfortable and pleasant ambience, its efficiency, and the ease of access to and from the airport. The other airports ranked in the top five are Seoul Incheon, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.
