Driving directions: the main route is the A4 Airport Motorway (the exit marked Flughafen - or Airport - leads directly to the terminal). The B9 road is an alternative to this main route.
Public transport: The S-Bahn (overground train) runs at least every 30 minutes 05:00 - 22:30 and provides connections to the Vienna U-Bahn (underground rail) system. Buses connect the airport with the City Air Terminal every 20 - 30 minutes 05:30 - 01:00. Other buses go to Sudbahnhof and Westbahnhof railway stations approximately once an hour 05:30 - 23:10. Taxis to the city leave from outside the Arrivals hall. They are metered, but a fixed price can be paid at the booking counter.
